About the Journal
An international peer-reviewed research journal issued by the Modern University College – Ramallah – Palestine. The journal serves as a scientific reference for researchers and specialists to publish their peer-reviewed research in the legal fields in both Arabic and English.
The journal is issued periodically every six months. It has an active international legal scientific body that supervises the arbitration of the received research and includes a large group of leading academics from several countries.
The journal is based on an ethical charter for its publishing rules, and on an internal regulation that regulates its work. The Modern Journal of Legal Studies (MJLS) selects the contents of its issues in line with the formal and objective specifications of the international peer-reviewed journals.
